Changeover day is a Saturday, unless by separate arrangement.  Arrival time – after 4.00 p.m..  Departure time – before 10.00 a.m..  These times are fully flexible subject to prior arrangement.

Prices include all bed linen and towels.  For stays of more than one week the property will be cleaned and all bed linen and towels changed at the end of each week.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
We can accept payment by bank transfer in either sterling or Euro.

Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost of €15 per stay. Refundable security deposit of £150 required with final payment.

£50 deposit required on initial booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. If booking less than 8 weeks before arrival date then payment in full is required at the time of booking.

The deposit will be refunded upon cancellation more than 8 weeks before arrival date only.

How to book

Please contact us by e-mail here with your preferred holiday dates and we will confirm availability by return.  Alternatively telephone Martin & Diana Heal on 0044 7767 200033 (evenings and weekends preferable).

A confirmation of booking form, together with directions to the property and contact details in Spain, will be sent to you upon confirmation of your booking and payment.

Payment in full is required at the time of booking.  Payment may be made in sterling or euros – please contact us for the exchange rate.  Payment by bank transfer is preferred but payment in sterling may also be made by cheque or debit card.

If cancellation is necessary then part of the payment will be refunded as follows:-

Cancellation more than 8 weeks before the first date of your stay – refund 100% less £25 administration fee.
Cancellation less than 8 weeks before the first date of your stay – no refund will be given.

If the property is re-let at the full price, only the administration charge of £25 will be charged.  If re-let at a reduced price then the administration charge, plus the difference in rates, will be charged.  You may be able to recover all or some of the cancellation charges from your holiday insurance.
